By purchasing any product from the SuperBio Labs catalog, the buyer acknowledges, understands, and accepts to be legally bound by the terms described below.
All peptides, compounds, and materials supplied by SuperBio Labs are analytical research material ("Research Use Only") intended exclusively for in vitro applications and laboratory use by qualified professionals.
These products are not medicines, are not dietary supplements, are not cosmetic products, and are not food. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, preventive application, or self-administration under any circumstance.

Jurisdiction. Any controversy arising from this disclaimer shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the city of Quito, Ecuador, with express waiver of any other forum that might otherwise apply.
Corporate structure. SuperBio Labs is operated by SGI LLC, a company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. The incorporation, governance, and legal existence of SGI LLC as an entity are governed by the laws of Wyoming; however, the contractual relationship with the final buyer is governed by Ecuadorian law as established in this clause.
Severability. If any provision of this disclaimer is declared invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
No waiver. The failure of SuperBio Labs to immediately exercise any right contemplated in this disclaimer does not constitute a waiver of such right.
Entire agreement. This disclaimer, together with the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy of SuperBio Labs, constitute the entire agreement between the buyer and SuperBio Labs regarding their subject matter.
