The complete commercial contract between SGI LLC, operator of SuperBio Labs, and our customers.
Welcome to SuperBio Labs. These Terms and Conditions govern the commercial relationship between SGI LLC (Wyoming, USA), operator of the SuperBio Labs brand, and any person or entity that uses superbiolabs.com or purchases products from its catalog.
By using the website, registering, subscribing to the newsletter, or making a purchase, the Customer fully accepts these Terms, along with the Research Use Only Disclaimer, Privacy Policy and Shipping/Returns Policies.
SuperBio Labs markets peptides and compounds exclusively for research applications and laboratory use by qualified professionals.
By placing an order, the Customer declares to be at least 18 years of age under Ecuadorian law (or the minimum age required by their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater), possess necessary professional qualifications, acquire the products for legitimate research applications, and comply with applicable regulations in their jurisdiction.
Published prices are in US dollars (USD) and include the product cost but not international shipping, tariffs or import taxes, which are the Customer's responsibility.
SuperBio Labs processes credit and debit card payments through PayPhone, a PCI-DSS certified payment platform with coverage in more than 30 countries across Latin America, North America, and Europe.
SuperBio Labs does not store or directly process sensitive card data. All payment information is handled on PayPhone infrastructure.
Payment must be completed at checkout. If payment fails, the order is not considered placed.
An order is considered confirmed only when payment has been successfully verified. Orders are processed within 24 business hours of confirmation.
Tariffs and import taxes are the Customer's exclusive responsibility. SuperBio Labs is not responsible for customs holds or delays caused by regulatory processes in the destination country.
SuperBio Labs warrants that products meet published specifications (≥99% HPLC purity), include a Certificate of Analysis, and have been stored under appropriate conditions until shipment.
Due to product nature, returns are not accepted for change of mind. The only valid grounds are: physical defect, specifications different from declared, or order not received within the maximum timeframe.
All content on superbiolabs.com is the exclusive property of SGI LLC. Reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use without written authorization is prohibited.
The total liability of SuperBio Labs and SGI LLC shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer in the relevant order. SuperBio Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms and the commercial relationship between the Customer and SuperBio Labs are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any controversy arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the city of Quito, Ecuador, with express waiver of any other forum that might otherwise apply.
SGI LLC, operator of SuperBio Labs, is a company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. The incorporation, governance, and legal existence of SGI LLC as an entity are governed by the laws of Wyoming; however, the contractual relationship with the final Customer is governed by Ecuadorian law as established in this clause.
The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute first through direct good-faith negotiation before initiating legal action.
