Commercial agreement between SGI LLC, operator of SuperBio Labs, and our customers.
Welcome to SuperBio Labs. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the commercial relationship between SGI LLC ("SuperBio Labs", "we", the "Company"), a company organized in Wyoming, United States, with commercial operations from Quito, Ecuador, and any individual or entity (the "Customer") that uses the website superbiolabs.com or purchases products from its catalog.
By using the website, creating an account, subscribing to the newsletter, or making a purchase, the Customer fully accepts these Terms, together with the Disclaimer, the Privacy Policy, and the Shipping & Returns Policy. These four documents constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
SuperBio Labs markets peptides at various stages of the international regulatory process, manufactured to HPLC purity ≥99% and accompanied by an independent batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA). The specific regulatory status of each product is detailed in the Disclaimer.
By placing an order, the Customer represents and warrants that:
Prices are published in US dollars (USD). For customers in Ecuador, invoices are issued in USD (the official currency). Published prices do not include:
SuperBio Labs reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice. The price applicable to an order is the one in effect at the time the order is placed. Inventory availability is confirmed upon completion of payment.
SuperBio Labs processes credit and debit card payments through PayPhone, a PCI-DSS certified payment platform with coverage in Ecuador and the region. Additional methods may be enabled depending on the market.
SuperBio Labs does not directly store or process sensitive card data. All payment information is handled on the certified processor's infrastructure.
Payment must be completed at checkout. If payment fails, the order is not considered placed and no inventory is reserved.
Bio Dollars are a promotional balance, not money. They are not redeemable for cash, are not transferable between accounts, do not earn interest, and do not constitute a credit instrument. They are granted at SuperBio Labs' discretion as a form of recognition and may only be used as a means of payment within superbiolabs.com and the SuperBio app.
How they are earned. There are currently three paths, each with its own rule:
How much consistency pays. The reward is calculated on the amount actually paid in money for that vial — excluding shipping, taxes, discounts, and any portion covered with Bio Dollars — and its percentage depends on your adherence, that is, on the proportion of scheduled doses you logged on the day they were due:
In every case the reward is capped at USD 20 per vial. The percentage is fixed at the moment it is credited and does not change afterwards. The vial's adherence is visible in the app at all times, before the threshold is reached.
What does NOT earn Bio Dollars. To avoid any doubt: products delivered as a courtesy (gifts, samples, promotional deliveries) and SuperBio Labs' own consumption do not earn the consistency reward. Nor does the portion of a purchase paid with Bio Dollars earn a consistency reward or a referral commission: rewards are calculated solely on the amount paid in money.
Validity: 60 days. Each credit expires independently, 60 days after it was credited. A single balance may carry several simultaneous expiry dates, corresponding to different credits. When spent, the oldest balance is consumed first. The Customer may review the detail of every credit and its expiry date in the app at any time. SuperBio Labs sends a notice before expiry; expired balances are not reinstated.
How they are used. Bio Dollars are deducted from the amount charged at the time of payment. As required by the processor, every card transaction charges a minimum of USD 1. Certain limited-edition items are offered exclusively against Bio Dollars and cannot be purchased with money; their availability is limited to the units produced and is stated on each product.
Refunds and cancellations. If a purchase that generated Bio Dollars is cancelled, refunded, or returned, SuperBio Labs may reverse the associated reward. If the balance has already been spent, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the refund.
Misuse. SuperBio Labs may void balances and suspend participation in the programme in the event of manifestly false dose logs, duplicate accounts, fraudulent reviews, self-referrals, or any manoeuvre intended to obtain rewards without meeting their condition.
Changes to the programme. SuperBio Labs may modify the percentages, caps, deadlines, and conditions of the programme, or discontinue it, with reasonable prior notice. Changes do not affect balances already credited, which retain their original validity.
An order is considered confirmed only once payment has been successfully verified. SuperBio Labs processes confirmed orders within the following 24 business hours and sends an email confirmation with shipping details and tracking information when applicable.
The full shipping terms, country-specific delivery times, costs, and return procedures are detailed in the Shipping & Returns Policy. For international shipments, tariffs and import taxes are the Customer's sole responsibility. SuperBio Labs is not responsible for customs holds or delays caused by regulatory processes in the destination country.

If the Customer receives a product that does not meet these specifications, they must notify hello@superbiolabs.com within 7 days of receipt, including photos and a description. SuperBio Labs will evaluate the case and proceed in accordance with the Shipping & Returns Policy.
SuperBio Labs warrants the quality of the product delivered as described in clause 9. Beyond that warranty, SuperBio Labs is not responsible for:
SuperBio Labs's total aggregate liability to the Customer for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the order giving rise to the claim.
The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials (email and magic sign-in links) and for all activity performed under their account. SuperBio Labs is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from the Customer's negligence. The Customer may close their account at any time by writing to hello@superbiolabs.com.
All content on superbiolabs.com (text, graphics, logos, images, source code, catalog structure, technical descriptions, educational materials, and design) is the exclusive property of SGI LLC. Its reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited.
The trademarks referenced (Mounjaro®, Zepbound®, Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Vyleesi®, etc.) are the property of their respective owners and are mentioned for informational purposes only.
For customers in Ecuador, these Terms are supplemented by the rights recognized under the Ecuador Consumer Protection Law (LODC). Nothing in these Terms limits or waives the non-waivable consumer rights recognized under Ecuadorian law.

The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through direct good-faith negotiation before initiating formal legal action.
SuperBio Labs may update these Terms at any time. The version in force is always the one published at superbiolabs.com/en/legal/terms/. If changes are material, we will notify registered Customers by email at least 15 days in advance.
