How long until you respond?

Depends on the channel. WhatsApp is fastest (5 min in hours). Email and form, 2–4 business hours. If support for someone on active cycle, we attend 24/7 regardless of channel.

Are pre-purchase inquiries free?

Yes, totally. Pre-cycle advisory is part of the model. No sales pressure. If the peptide you want isn't right for your goal, we tell you. If your goal doesn't need a peptide, we tell you that too.

Do you support other languages?

Spanish and English fluently. Basic Portuguese. If your native language is another, write in English and we'll work it out.

Can I visit you in person?

Yes, by appointment. Our operations office is in Quito (Liberty Plaza, Floor 9, Suite 901). Coordinate by WhatsApp or email. It's not a street-front retail location.

Do you take phone calls?

Scheduled video calls, yes. Cold calls without context, we prefer text: it gives us time to review your history, batch, COA, whatever you need. Text is more efficient for technical topics.

What info do you need for cycle support?

Ideally: 1) Product you're using, 2) Vial batch code (back of label), 3) Cycle week you're on, 4) Specific symptom or question. More detail = faster help.
