GHK-Cu + KPV · Skin and calm · collagen with an anti-inflammatory brake
One reprograms the tissue and the other switches off the inflammation that wears it down. This is what each one does at the cellular level, in plain language.
Modulates the expression of 4,192 genes toward a young-tissue profile. +302% collagen in skin fibroblasts.
Tripeptide derived from α-MSH. Lowers inflammatory signalling through the NF-κB pathway without shutting down the immune response.
Redness, flare-ups and skin that reacts to everything: that is where KPV changes the outcome GHK alone cannot reach.
GHK gives the instruction to rebuild; KPV removes the inflammatory noise that interrupts it.
CALM SKIN alone is complete for most people. When you want to reach the next level:
Any combination must respect the protocol of each peptide. If you have questions about dose or timing, write to us before starting.
CALM SKIN brings together the two peptides that work on skin from different angles: GHK-Cu, which reprograms tissue gene expression toward a younger profile, and KPV, a tripeptide derived from the C-terminal end of α-MSH with anti-inflammatory action. It is the blend for reactive skin — the kind that not only ages, but flares.
Every component ships with ≥99% HPLC purity and a per-batch Certificate of Analysis covering LC-MS identity, peptide content (98–102% per component), endotoxin levels (<1.0 EU/mg) and residual solvents.
The ratio favours GHK (50 of the 60 mg) because its effective doses are in milligrams, while KPV works in smaller amounts. GHK-Cu modulates the expression of 4,192 genes toward a young-tissue profile and shows +302% collagen in skin fibroblasts; KPV lowers inflammatory signalling through the NF-κB pathway. One rebuilds and the other switches off what prevents rebuilding.

GHK-Cu gives the solution a faint blue tone (it's the copper chelation). It's normal and expected — it confirms GHK is present.
Copper (GHK-Cu) is one of the peptides that stings the most on application, and in some people the soreness lasts more than a day. It's normal. Here's how it hurts less — these are application-comfort tips, not medical advice.
Reconstituting with more water lowers the concentration and with it the sting. The lever that helps most ★
Take the vial out of the fridge 10–15 min before: cold liquid stings more.
Push the liquid in slowly, 10–15 seconds, not all at once.
The upper glute tends to hurt less than the abdomen: fewer surface nerves and more fat.
2 glasses of water ~30 min before: hydrated tissue disperses the liquid better and hurts less.
Rotate between days, don't split the dose. Change the site between applications. Splitting one dose into two injections leaves you with two sore spots instead of one.
Your part counts too: good hydration and anti-inflammatory habits (omega-3, turmeric, real food) help the area recover better.
If the soreness is intense, with growing swelling, heat or fever, that's no longer comfort: consult a health professional.
Based on GHK-Cu clinical literature (Pickart) and KPV studies. Your experience varies with physiology.
Good safety profile. Both components have a solid track record in research:
Mild redness at the injection site (resolves within an hour) · stinging on application, from the copper · mild drowsiness in the first week.
Copper: do not use it on the same day or with the same syringe as glutathione — copper oxidises it. And do not stack it with Glow or Klow: both already contain GHK-Cu.
Wilson disease: because of the copper, it is not recommended for people with Wilson disease or copper allergy.
