Its actives, backed by the FDA advisory committeeWhat this means ›

It is a premix: it has no regulatory file of its own. What does have a track record are its actives — BPC-157, KPV y TB-500. In July 2026 the FDA pharmacy compounding advisory committee voted in favor of adding it to the 503A list — the substances US compounding pharmacies may use. Of the seven peptides reviewed, six passed — and all six are in our catalog.

Note: It is a committee recommendation, not an approval: it is not binding on the FDA and formal rulemaking is still pending, which usually takes a year or more. FDA staff had recommended rejecting them.

How it works

4 components. Recovery + anti-inflammation.

KLOW is GLOW + KPV — it adds direct suppression of systemic inflammation (NF-κB). This is the product when chronic inflammation is blocking recovery.

GHK-Cu · 50mg

Collagen · tissue remodeling · 4,192 genes regulated toward a younger profile.

KPV · 10mg

Anti-inflammatory tripeptide. Directly suppresses NF-κB. Especially useful for gut health and autoimmune conditions.

BPC-157 · 10mg

Local repair · angiogenesis · on-site anti-inflammation.

TB-500 · 10mg

Systemic cell migration. Delivers repair cells to where they are needed.

The compound

Technical description.

KLOW is the premium version of GLOW with the addition of KPV, a tripeptide fragment of alpha-MSH (alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone) with potent anti-inflammatory activity through direct suppression of NF-κB, the master transcription factor of systemic inflammation.

SuperBio Labs KLOW is supplied as a pre-mixed lyophilized powder with HPLC purity ≥99% for each component. Every batch ships with an independent Certificate of Analysis covering identity by LC-MS, peptide content (98–102% per component), endotoxin levels (<1.0 EU/mg) and solvent residues.

While GLOW covers tissue regeneration and skin, KLOW adds specific control of systemic inflammation. It is the recommended product when there is baseline chronic inflammation blocking regeneration: chronic metabolic syndrome, active autoimmune conditions (Hashimoto's, psoriasis), complex post-surgical cases where inflammation blocks recovery, gastrointestinal issues (IBS, colitis, leaky gut). KPV is very well tolerated in research literature and complements the other 3 peptides without overlapping mechanisms.

How to choose where to buy peptides.

01
Per-batch, verifiable COA The certificate exists and can be checked — not "available on request".
02
HPLC purity + LC-MS identity How much is in the vial, and that it is the right peptide.
03
Endotoxins tested LAL test within range — not just purity.
04
2-8°C cold chain Documented end to end, not promised.
05
Traceability and support Lot number on the vial and someone who answers after.

This product meets all five — your batch COA ships with the kit.

When to choose KLOW vs GLOW

Choose KLOW if you have: documented chronic inflammation (elevated CRP/IL-6), gut issues (IBS, colitis), active autoimmune conditions or complex post-surgical recovery. If you have none of these, GLOW is sufficient and more affordable.

If copper stings you

Copper (GHK-Cu) is one of the peptides that stings the most on application, and in some people the soreness lasts more than a day. It's normal. Here's how it hurts less — these are application-comfort tips, not medical advice.

01

More bacteriostatic water

Reconstituting with more water lowers the concentration and with it the sting. The lever that helps most ★

02

Room temperature

Take the vial out of the fridge 10–15 min before: cold liquid stings more.

03

Inject slowly

Push the liquid in slowly, 10–15 seconds, not all at once.

04

Pick the site better

The upper glute tends to hurt less than the abdomen: fewer surface nerves and more fat.

05

Hydrate first

2 glasses of water ~30 min before: hydrated tissue disperses the liquid better and hurts less.

Rotate between days, don't split the dose. Change the site between applications. Splitting one dose into two injections leaves you with two sore spots instead of one.

Your part counts too: good hydration and anti-inflammatory habits (omega-3, turmeric, real food) help the area recover better.

If the soreness is intense, with growing swelling, heat or fever, that's no longer comfort: consult a health professional.

When to use KLOW.

Gut health

IBS, leaky gut, chronic intestinal inflammation. KPV is specifically studied for the colon.

Autoimmune

Hashimoto's thyroiditis, psoriasis, unresolved chronic inflammatory conditions.

Complex post-surgical

Surgeries where inflammation blocks normal recovery.

Chronic inflammation

Elevated CRP/IL-6 markers with no clear cause, inflammatory fatigue.

Inflamed skin

Rosacea, chronic dermatitis, inflammatory acne, chronic eczema.

Premium customer

Someone who has already done GLOW and wants the next level · inflammation-driven anti-aging.

Honest side effects.

Generally well tolerated, but the KPV component adds transient effects typical of alpha-MSH fragments:

Transient facial flushing or warmth · mild nausea during the first 2-3 applications (dose-dependent, adjusts with use) · occasional headache · all transient. KPV is considered very well tolerated in research literature despite these initial effects.

Note · angiogenesis: the BPC component promotes formation of new blood vessels. Theoretical caution in people with active cancer. WADA has prohibited BPC-157 in athletes in competition since 2022.
